Residential Tiny Home Program

Who We Serve

We welcome veterans from all branches of service:

  • Air Force and Air National Guard

  • Army and Army National Guard

  • Coast Guard

  • Marines

  • Navy

  • Space Force

  • All Reserve Forces

Eligibility Requirements
Service Status
  • All discharge types eligible, except "Bad Conduct Discharge-General Court Martial" and "Dishonorable"

  • Bad Conduct-Special & Summary discharges considered case-by-case

  • National Guard & Reservists eligible (no active-duty requirement)

Housing Situation
  • Must be currently experiencing homelessness OR meet chronic homelessness criteria

  • Veterans fleeing domestic violence exempt from homelessness requirements

  • Cannot maintain a separate residence during program participation

Health Considerations
  • Most mental health conditions accepted

  • All participants must follow their treatment providers’ recommendations for care.

  • For those with substance use history:

    • Must complete inpatient detox OR have 28+ days substance-free

    • MAT and medical marijuana considered with valid documentation

  • Must be able to perform daily activities independently

  • Medical conditions assessed individually

  • Those with communicable diseases must be undergoing medical care

Program Structure
  • Single veterans only (no couples or families)

  • No income limit

  • Must complete prescreening, interview, and site visit

  • All participants must agree to follow our therapeutic community model
