HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) – Construction is slated to break ground this spring in Harrisburg to build 15 transitional “tiny homes” and a community center for veterans. The project is part of a $500,000 donation from the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation given to Harrisburg-based Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania.
